What's the difference between free and Pro?

Free users can track one skill, use the timer and manual entry, view the heatmap, and read-only access to their skill room. Pro unlocks unlimited skills, full room participation (posting sessions and chat), proficiency analytics, all milestone cards, session notes, and streak freeze.
Do prior hours count toward milestones?

No. Milestones are based on hours tracked within 1000 Hours only. Prior experience helps place you in the community and sets your starting title, but those hours don't unlock milestone badges.
How does the streak system work?

Streaks are weekly — a week counts as active if you log at least one session during that calendar week (Monday–Sunday). Missing a week resets your streak. Pro users get one streak freeze per month.
Can I edit or delete a session?

You can edit or delete sessions within 24 hours of logging them. After 24 hours, sessions are locked. Deleted sessions subtract from your hour totals.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data including sessions, milestones, and profile. This action cannot be undone.
A skill I want isn't in the list. Can I request it?
↓
Yes — go to Settings → scroll to the bottom of the Skills section → tap "Request a Skill." We review requests regularly and add popular ones to the global skill list.
