Terms of Use

By downloading or using 1000 Hours, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the 1000 Hours iOS application. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

1000 Hours is a personal skill-tracking tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the app.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our consent

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at justincestro22@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions

1000 Hours offers optional Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All billing is handled through Apple's App Store. We do not process payments directly.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the app (session notes, chat messages, profile information). By posting content in shared areas (room feeds, chat), you grant us a limited license to display that content within the app.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The 1000 Hours app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Justin Cestro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimers

1000 Hours is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
